Please note that although my identification of Dyspraxia / DCD is not a formal climical diagnosis, the diagnosis is legally recognised under the Equality Act 2010 and the written report, detailing your motor difficulties and their impact, can be used to support requests for reasonable adjustments and access to schemes like Access to Work or Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) for higher education or requesting reasonable adjustments from educational institutions and employers.
